Service Parts Warranty (Residential or Commercial)We always use new parts during an air conditioner or heating repair, and all of them are warranted for a minimum of one year and up to a lifetime. This warranty covers any HVAC service call fees and is backed by the equipment or parts manufacturer. Any new air conditioning and heating installation comes backed by Emergency AC with a minimum of a standard 2-year labor warranty and a maximum of up to a 10-year labor warranty. All manufacturer equipment installed by Emergency AC comes with a minimum of Five (5) Year Parts Warranty, up to a maximum of Lifetime Warranty on parts, based on manufacturer warranty policies. Came out on 9/4 at 3pm. Couldn’t get condenser to come on after working on install all day. Finally left after 10:30 with husbands urging to try the next day. First off, I want to thank Todd from Emergency AC of Houston’s sales team. He made the whole stressful situation seamless. Shortly after Hurricane Beryl our AC went out. After calling around Houston for quotes we started to get discouraged over the price of a new unit and how soon we could get a system installed. This is where Todd came along.
